Your Responsibilities as a Speech Therapist Embark on an impactful journey where you will: Evaluate, assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify challenges and adjust speech therapy interventions as necessary. Monitor and document patient performance, progress, and responses to therapy. Celebrate and encourage patient achievements along their journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification in accordance with state regulations. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
