Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist Conduct evaluations and assessments to create and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify concerns and adjust therapy treatments as needed to ensure effective progress. Monitor and document patient performance, progress, and responses to treatments. Celebrate and recognize patient achievements throughout their therapy journey. Qualifications for Success Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations. Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. A master's degree is preferred; a bachelor's degree with relevant field experience will also be considered.
