Your Role as an LPN Includes: Delivering direct patient care according to personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitoring patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Working closely with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement patient care strategies. Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrating milestones in patients' recovery processes. Qualifications Needed: Current LPN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
