You will assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This role includes tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, recording vital signs, and offering psychosocial support, among other responsibilities. The NA also aids nursing staff during procedures, documents resident interactions, communicates changes in residents' conditions, and assists with wellness programs. A collaborative team spirit and adherence to infection control policies are essential.
