Job Description The Mammography Technologist will perform breast imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with radiologists, clinical staff, and patients to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging and an excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct mammography imaging procedures following established departmental protocols and best practices. Provide compassionate patient care while preparing individuals for imaging exams and ensuring comfort throughout the process. Maintain proper positioning and imaging techniques to ensure accurate anatomical representation and clear diagnostic images. Verify patient identification and confirm correct labeling and documentation for all imaging studies. Maintain quality assurance documentation and support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Follow all organizational policies related to patient privacy, workplace safety, and clinical operations.
