BCBA Full-Time Benefits Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, tuition reimbursement, etc. Some flexibility with hours worked Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Access to CEUs during work hours through the state Performance incentives are available The Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst: Conduct initial assessments and clinical progress reports Develop, train, and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior support plans Conduct Functional Assessments as needed Oversee program effectiveness and treatment integrity for assigned cases Monitor data collection and make recommendations for assigned cases Supervise Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines and the needs of each individual. Attend clinical and managerial meetings as assigned Assist with crisis situations as needed Qualifications BCBA or BCBA-D Certification by the BACB Master's or Doctoral Degree per certification level License for behavior analysts in Missouri Ability to supervise and provide support to RBTs Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Organized and flexible Excellent time management skills
