Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Caregiver (Part-Time – Weekday Mornings) Location: Holmen, WI Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00/9:30 a.m. (10–12.5 hours per week) Pay: $16.32 per hour We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide morning support in the Onalaska area. This is a part-time weekday position ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and making a positive difference each day. Responsibilities: • Provide daily shower assistance • Assist with dressing • Light meal preparation • Light housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping as needed) • Laundry Support • Personal care support Qualifications: • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred • Timely, reliable, and consistent attendance • Friendly, bubbly, talkative, and socially engaging personality • Comfortable around children • Non-judgmental, compassionate, and committed to quality care What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who brings positive energy to the morning routine, values dignity and independence, and is dedicated to providing respectful, person-centered support.
