Your Opportunity, Your Team
- The Manager of Digital Design supports Frontgate and Grandin Road brands and oversees the production of high-impact digital assets for our websites, email campaigns, SMS, and digital marketing programs. You'll play a key role in shaping the digital presence of two beloved brands, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- This position will report into the Senior Director of Creative.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, Ohio corporate office several days per month. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead and Manage Digital Design Production: Oversee a team of digital designers responsible for creating site assets, email graphics, SMS visuals, and digital marketing materials for both Frontgate and Grandin Road.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of UX & Design in the centralized eCommerce team to deliver assets for new on-site experiences and digital initiatives.
- Project Intake & Workflow: Partner with the Manager of eCommerce Digital Production to intake digital creative briefs, clarify requirements, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets are on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for performance across channels.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to drive efficiency and maintain high standards of quality.
- Team Development: Inspire, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Visual, UI/UX, Web, or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
- 4-6 years of experience in digital design for web, email, mobile, and digital marketing programs; experience in retail or eCommerce preferred. Proven experience managing and developing a team of digital designers.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of current digital design standards and best practices for web, email, and digital marketing.
- Experience collaborating with UX, eCommerce, and production teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
