The Role As General Manager, you will provide visionary leadership across all facets of resort operations. You will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the property, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service delivery, and achieving ambitious financial targets. Leading a large, multi-disciplinary team, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality. Responsibilities: Overall operational leadership and day-to-day management of the resort Driving revenue, profitability, and commercial performance Championing the guest experience and maintaining luxury brand standards Building, mentoring, and inspiring a large team across all departments Managing owner and stakeholder relationships with transparency and professionalism Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Representing the property within the broader portfolio and local community What you'll bring: Significant experience as a General Manager or senior resort leader within luxury hospitality A strong track record of leading large, diverse teams Proven commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset Excellence in guest relations and a genuine passion for luxury service Strong financial literacy and experience managing complex P&Ls Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in remote, island, or international environments is highly advantageous Package Salary: US $115,000 per year competitive expat benefits
