We are seeking a Spanish-speaking, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. Position Overview The Internal Medicine Physician will manage a caseload of approximately 17-25 patients daily, providing comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population. This is a purely outpatient role with no in-patient responsibilities, allowing you to focus on continuity of care and preventive health. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care and preventative health services to adult patients. Manage a daily caseload of approximately 17-25 patients. Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centered care. Participate in clinical discussions, coordinate patient care plans, and utilize best practices to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine. Active licensure in the state of New York. Fluency in Spanish (required). Strong commitment to patient-centered care. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience. 4 or 5-day work week for work-life balance.
