Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Patient Care: Tracheostomy and Incontinence Care Responsibilities: Administer excellent nursing care a client with tracheostomy and incontinence needs. Monitor and assess the client's conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Requirements: Valid and current RN license in the state of New Jersey. Proficient in tracheostomy care and management. Experienced in managing patients with incontinence issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving.
