Treatment Nurse Position Summary As a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: Focuses on the community's wound care program, working with the wound care physician. Oversee resident care related to the prevention and healing of pressure ulcers. Provide continuing education of wound care to our staff and families. Participate in QAPI and execute wound care assessments. Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
