We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team one day per week (Wednesdays only) on our day shift (12-hour shift; 7AM-7PM). $5,000 Sign-On Bonus This role is ideal for nurses looking for work-life balance, supplemental income, or a flexible schedule. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Join the Ginger Cove team today JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment. Knowledge and experience working with senior communities in a long-term care facility. Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's and/or dementia. At least one year full-time clinical experience in a Home Health agency or related community health program. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, doctors, and co-workers. Ability to organize, supervise, delegate and provide leadership. Computer literacy. Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe. Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly, and use tact in dealing with others.
