We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in roles including Manager , LPN Team Leader , and Supervisor . LPN Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of an RN • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly • Administer medications safely following established medication administration guidelines • Obtain and document vital signs, clinical observations, and resident updates • Assist in implementing resident care plans and maintaining continuity of care between shifts • Supervise and support CNAs and nursing support staff • Ensure accurate documentation including 24-hour reports, behavioral observations, pain management, and required clinical documentation • Monitor and manage resident pain and comfort using appropriate techniques • Communicate effectively with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Leadership roles may include unit coordination, staff support, and assisting with oversight of resident care on assigned units.
