Clinical Service Rate: Competitive rate paid for all high-level clinical services provided (including BHT supervision and assessment and treatment planning) Direct Service Rate: Compensation for direct sessions spent implementing therapy with clients. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, collaborate closely with educators and caregivers, and ensure services are clinically sound, ethical, and effective in natural environments. __ What You'll Do Provide medically necessary ABA services primarily within school settings, with additional home and community support as needed Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland) Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans Collaborate with teachers, school staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers Provide caregiver and stakeholder training to support generalization of skills Collect, analyze, and document clinical data and session notes Maintain timely, accurate documentation Ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and assent-based service delivery __ Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents School-based or community-based experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Verbal Behavior, PRT, or naturalistic teaching strategies a plus Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills __ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design hybrid mid-level roles that: Provide variety without sacrificing supervision quality Protect learning while building real-world competence Create clear, supported pathways to BCBA roles Invest in clinicians early and intentionally __ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
