Description Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time or part-time (.5 -1.0 FTE, approximately 2-4 days per week) Otolaryngologist (ENT) who shares our vision of building a healthier tomorrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for a clinical practice with minimal call, allowing flexibility to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct initial and follow up consultations on patients in a clinical setting Preform surgical ENT procedures within scope Collaborate with other Providers and health care teams Educate patient and family members on medications and treatment options Appropriately assess and document medical history and care plan Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records Demonstrate respect for cultural diversity, age, and socioeconomic considerations Other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Western Wisconsin Health expects employees to understand and to incorporate the values of our organization in their day-to-day practice.
