Core Responsibilities
In this new role, you will combine your technical expertise with strong digital skills to support our LEGO® Security Operations. The position focuses primarily on operations and maintenance but also involves smaller modification projects and participation in major initiatives, where you will act as a Security Ambassador to ensure we consistently meet the highest standards. More specifically, you will:
Operations & Maintenance: Support daily security operations in deploying and implementing operational security priorities for the region
Asset Management: Cradle2Cradle lifecycle management of CCTV, card readers, and assets within the area of Security Operations
Risk & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate and cost-effective security solutions
Project Support: Ensure that the existing security infrastructure in projects is in accordance with the global LEGO® Security Standards, and participate as a package owner in projects
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage outsourced security services, continuously improving quality and cost-efficiency
Incident & Crisis Management: Lead loss and theft prevention and investigations, and contribute to contingency and emergency response planning

The Global Security Organization looks after, and cares for, people and assets in the organization. The primary focus is to ensure business continuity by protecting the company and employees from critical security incidents, enabling efficient responses, and preventing physical leaks and theft of intellectual property and critical assets.
As Technical Project Manager, you will join the Security Operations Team, where you are encouraged to contribute to deploying strategic priorities locally in Denmark and across the region. You will collaborate closely with key partners, such as Production, Legal, Local Command Center, etc.
Do you have what it takes?
We are seeking a brave, curious, proactive, and technically skilled professional. You are a grounded, sociable, and well-organized team player. Furthermore, you bring:
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent technical field or background
Comfortable working in a structured way with digital systems
Crisis Management skills with the ability to respond and act efficiently in a crisis and implement contingency plans related to operational emergency response plans and procedures
Proficiency in English and Danish, both spoken and written
Furthermore, it would be an advantage if you have:
Basic knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems, preferably Genetec
Experience from a corporate or public sector role, preferably in a large international company
Experience managing outsourcing contracts and vendor management
Previous involvement in security projects or technical modifications
