As a Manufacturing Job Trainer, you will develop workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across all production shifts.
Our department builds functional expertise through a strong training organization that supports new and existing employees in high‑volume production and warehouse environments. This role includes skills assessment, standardized work instruction, hands‑on coaching, and cross‑functional partnership to drive operational excellence, scalability, and compliance.
Local Responsibility
Deliver hands‑on operator training and floor coaching.
Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
Conduct cross‑shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.
Training Documentation
Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.
Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with standards.
Communicate process or quality updates to the workforce.
Recommend improvements based on training feedback.
Experience
2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
Proven success delivering training in high‑volume environments.
TWI experience preferred.
Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
Ability to work a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (6am–6pm).
Starting pay: $25.71/hour.
