Job Description
As Global Job Trainer you have the responsibility of preparing, training and sharing best practice with Local Job Trainers and vendors globally and locally. This includes developing and aligning global standards across all sites being active in building up training competencies and implementing standards through the Global Job Trainer network.
Local Responsibilities:
Prepare and train LJT to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality
Prepare training documentation and the Local Job Trainers before conducting the training
Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train-the-Trainer activities to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards
Take ownership of sustaining and developing functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or LJT for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)
Global Responsibilities
Train other Global Job Trainers to develop and share best practice globally training using standardized job training processes
Test and verify global improvements to ensure continuously improve best practice and align global standards
Participate in networking activities, within the site functional area and global functional areas
Participation in global workshops to keep alignment in training documentation and support training process in other sites
Training Documentation
Support in ensuring that all training material is completed and accurate, creating and revising material in cooperation with Local Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc.)
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering majors or equivalent, Technical Education Certification/ Training Certification is a plus
Min. 3 years of experience in the manufacturing field (packing production, maintenance & manual warehouse) combined with experience of learning and training activities.
Experience in delivering Packing training as Local Job Trainer will be advantage.
Comprehensive communication with strong command in English
Cultural understanding
Soft skills (communication, feedback, organization, systematic approach)
Process thinking
Proficient in using various IT software (Microsoft, Visio, etc.)
Traveling alone (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (Willing to work in shift when needed)
