Great Wolf Lodge, North America's Largest Family of Indoor Water Park Resorts, is currently seeking energetic, dependable, motivated Chehalis Tribal Members to fill our Tribal internship positions. As an intern you will rotate through at least three departments in our resorts. The paid intern will learn skills in a three-month program through observation, shadowing, one-on-one instruction and hands-on application. The Internship Program is developed to enhance the interns' general skills as well as specialized knowledge within departments of the Great Wolf Lodge. This includes practical application, theory and hospitality fundamentals. Through exposure to key departments and positions on a departmental rotation basis, the intern will gain significant first-hand knowledge of the role of each department, of their interdependence upon each other, and the responsibilities of each position. Each Intern will perform duties and shadow responsibilities in at least three of the following departments:
- Finance
- Engineering
- Aquatics
- Guest Services
- Retail/Attractions
- Housekeeping
- Food & Beverage
- Sales
- Human Resources.
