As part of the newly established Membership & Personalisation team at the LEGO Group, you’ll be managing and optimising CRM campaigns to drive visitation, revenue and overall engagement.
Please note the work location is in London, UK and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
As the CRM Campaign Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of CRM Campaign & Journey Development within the LEGO CRM Hub, you will lead and run CRM campaigns to encourage visits and purchases across LEGO branded channels, including trigger-based programs.
You will ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards, aligning with CRM goals and objectives, meeting briefs, and following our CRM roadmap.
- Drive visitation, engagement and overall commercial impact across various channels including email, SMS, social media and Direct Mail
- Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign execution and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any other CRM tooling), including data selections, content, segmentation, personalisation, automation and QA
- Liaise with agency partners and coordinate with CRM Hub, CRM Proposition, Marcom and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
- Implement standard processes for CRM campaign operations, including data selections, content selection, testing, and execution.
- Document and drive adoption of best practise for campaign operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, including data discrepancies and system errors. Provide a high level of campaign operational support.
- Ensure the highest standards with accurate and disciplined quality assurance.

Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated experience in CRM campaign management or a similar role.
- Successful history of managing and performing effective CRM campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly diligent with excellent organisational capabilities.
