Core Responsibilities
- Represent the Global Merchandising Team in the monthly APAC S&OP input process.
- Lead input on assortment health and SKU productivity, regional Extended Line and Licensed product strategy, product end-of-lifecycle strategy, and portfolio strengths/challenges/opportunities.
- Lead regional collaboration with the Global Category Management and Promotions Team. This includes providing input into marketing campaign focus lists, reviewing and supplementing promotional sale lists, and providing regular input on local policies/regulations/restrictions that could impact marketing or promotional plans.
- Lead development and expansion of the LEGO Licensed product portfolio across LEGO.com APAC. Develop and manage all Licensed vendor and distributor relationships.
- Lead the end-to-end purchase order to delivery process, providing a high level of transparency throughout the process.
- Negotiate and manage external partners to meet our delivery, cost/margin, quality, and documentation requirements.
- Represent APAC in all global meetings and build strong relationships and collaboration with AMS and EMEA counterparts.
- Serve as the key point of escalation for any product launch, pricing, or master data issue in the APAC region.

The LEGO Retail Global Merchandising Team helps to deliver the LEGO Groups Assortment Strategy to shoppers around the globe through our LEGO Retail Stores and LEGO.com. We lead the assortment planning, merchandising, and launch strategy for the global LEGO Retail business.
Do you have what it takes?
- Solid merchandising, retail and/or digital space planning experience.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities and effectively recommend priorities based on an understanding of merchandising strategies and objectives.
- Self starting, motivated, proactive and results orientated.
- Consistently strives to deliver strong results to improve business performance and takes understanding of short-term opportunities for change into daily work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP or other planning tools will be an added advantage
- Domestic and International Travel Required (10-20%).
