Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Sound engineering judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing assigned projects from turnover through construction administration
- Support team in small to medium size projects
- Perform HVAC and Plumbing design
- Assist in identifying viable engineering solutions
- Perform LEED documentation and energy analysis
- Responsible for selection and sizing of systems and equipment
- Ensure client satisfaction for assigned projects
- Design the project within the contractual scope of work
- Edit company guide specs for assigned projects
- Develop responses to construction administration inquiries for PIC and PM review
- Maintain and meet project schedule
- Coordinate project activities
- Perform site surveys following each facility’s safety guidelines
