Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Presales Solution Consultant to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Leverage your deep domain expertise in accounting and financial applications to influence C-level Finance and IT leaders. As a key player, you'll own custom demo builds, document customer requirements, and champion our innovative SaaS/Software solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical bridge between the sales team and clients.
- Collaborate on compelling value propositions aligned with client pain points.
- Conduct business and technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and services teams.
- Design tailored solutions through presentations, process flows, and demos.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, showcasing our product capabilities.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations that address customer expectations.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders during evaluations.
- Emphasize our unique value proposition over legacy ERP systems.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 7+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including at least 3 years with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Subject Matter Expert in Finance Administration and Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Multi-Company, and Consolidations).
- Experience implementing ERP for SaaS/Software customers with subscription or consumption models.
