Statement of the Position:
Act as Strategic Partner for regional President and Functional leaders of the Maison. Understand business reality, challenges, threats, opportunities, and needs. Provide financial leadership to the management in decision-making, strategy planning. Ensuring adequate budgeting and expense control, drive financial analysis, validate reports for the company and its Headquarters. Ensure compliance of operations in these fields with local regulation, and LVMH standards and procedures. Drive effective business management processes.
Finance and Business Planning:
- Partner with regional President in developing brand growth strategies and business plans.
- Act as a first point of consultation for President & functional leaders on various topics to navigate overall business.
- Lead whole process of planning budget and forecasts in compliance with HQ’s requirements.
- Propose seasonal purchasing budget (OTB=Open to Buy) to the management.
- Ensure appropriate analysis to assess the validity of the seasonal sell-thru target.
- Define ideal inventory level and mix; liaise with Supply Chain Director to achieve the target.
- Lead financial analysis to evaluate effectiveness of expenses and analyze profitability.
- Propose and ensure contingency plans and improvement action plans to meet the target.
- Make recommendations and ensure actions to optimize return on capital employed.
- Lead expense control and business monitoring through various sources of information.
Legal, Intellectual Property, and Internal Control:
- Review contracts ensuring the alignment with the company/group’s standard terms and to protect the company’s assets with close work with corporate legal department and FG Finance.
- Support works with corporate legal department regarding intellectual property matters including trademark protection and anti-counterfeiting operations.
- Ensure internal control is appropriately put in place in the company’s operational processes and monitor the flow.
- Lead ensuring company’s all activities are compliant with company’s policies and procedures.
Others:
- Perform key role of Maison Management Team.
- Contribute to the company’s risk management in various tasks.
- Drive efficiency improvement by understanding of internal processes.
- Develop simple and effective reporting process to monitor the business performance.

Drive and develop the performance of the team members through effective team building and coaching.
