About the Team
We are looking for an energetic senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers worldwide. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on user growth for TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) in the US. Design and execute growth strategies based on local peculiarities.
- Utilize internal and external, local and HQ resources to improve key metrics.
- Facilitate collaboration between the local team and HQ mid-platform team by contributing local insights and deploying the latest tools/best practices from HQ to local business.
- Innovate on behalf of the customer, and design new capabilities to engage and retain active customers while striving to grow the business.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.
- Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about understanding user demands with different cultural backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
- Proven ability to lead a data-driven project.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Job Information Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $204,000 - $399,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
