Position Overview
The Addressable Activation department serves as KINESSO's platform experts, focusing on successful campaign execution. The Senior Associate is accountable for the performance of their assigned brand(s) and customizes departmental standards to fit client needs. They act as a point of escalation and are the go-to experts for complex setup, optimization, and platform nuances.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the execution and day-to-day management of client assignments.
- Understands the variety of vendors and their value propositions.
- Manages vendor relationships and conversations independently.
- Supports client relationships, hosts kickoff calls, and owns campaign planning.
- Conducts ad hoc reporting for deep dive analytics.
- Designs and delivers performance updates and growth opportunity presentations.
- Works within significant limits on assignments of higher complexity.
- Solves complex problems and exercises judgment based on analysis.
- May interact directly with clients and provide guidance to lower-level associates.
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions.
- Basic knowledge and skills in data analysis.
- Experience with Project / Account Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree.

- Strong ability to define problems and propose solutions.
- Experience managing existing business relationships.

Wage and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 USD.
