Position: Senior Director, Product Management
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Duties:
- Drive growth in Salesforce Pardot B2B Marketing Automation by building features to support key Enterprise customer needs.
- Utilize experience in domain, market, and trends to ensure that the marketing plans align with the overall product and company vision.
- Build impactful and personal customer relationships in order to represent the customer when developing requirements, specifications, and release plans.
- Collaborate with UX and the technology team to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering.
- Deliver world-class product using knowledge gathered from customers, prospects, advisory teams, and internal product experts.
- Drive the end to end feature delivery cycle.
- Identify what success means for each feature and function before it goes to development and develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.
- Create alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate product release communications for components by communicating clear expectations for engineering teams and holding team members accountable to success and failure.
- Work closely with product marketing managers to promote products both internally and externally, and to ensure a cohesive message.
- Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, online in customer communities, and through social networking.
Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce and client offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), Economics or related field of study and 2 years of experience in job offered or related field OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), Economics or related field of study and 5 years of experience in job offered or related field.
A related technical degree required (Management Information Systems, Engineering (any field), Economics).

Salary: $280,700.00 - $393,000.00 per annum.
