Qualifications
- 7+ years client-facing, growth marketing, or consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients, health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Innovative problem solver, can influence, negotiate and manage relationships to produce win-win scenarios
- Industry acumen, with strong demonstrated knowledge and experience in healthcare technology, specifically health benefits and care delivery
- Experience/knowledge on self-funding employer groups, health reimbursement
- Understands market needs, and ability to translate into Go To Market positioning
- Understanding of buyers, motivations, business model drivers, challenges, and industry dynamics, recognizes market trends and business dynamics
- Commercially oriented, determined and driven by success
- Can-do mentality
- Understands relevance of new concepts and solutions and can “sell” ideas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to command the presence of others and influence
- Demonstrated capacity to manage changing priorities
- High sense of urgency with a keen interest in driving results
- Experience in crafting and executing new Go To Market Strategies
- Long track record of excellence in Client sales presentations
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Responsibilities
- This role requires a combination of both being market-facing and sales execution
- The role will be foremost responsible for identifying, designing, and executing on your strategic sales plan
- A mix of B2B sales and Strategic Partnerships will drive revenue for the business and support market share growth in the region
- This role will have a heavy emphasis on client and consultant facing activities
- Identifies, cultivates, and executes on a sales pipeline for the ReviveHealth product portfolio, in close collaboration with benefits consultants/brokers and the ReviveHealth executive leadership team
- Work closely with CRO, on growth priorities across ReviveHealth in conjunction with commercial sales teams, operations, finance and other teams
- Develop growth plans with CRO and commercial team to drive focus on key areas for achieving success
- Develop deep understanding of ReviveHealth book of business to drive activities that enable future growth
- Act as an active participant in market, spending considerable time to understand and articulate market needs
- Taking benefit consultant/ broker meetings, client meetings, reviewing/reacting to RFPs, contracts, sales materials
- Business analysis to develop insights on the book of business, markets and highlight areas of opportunity for growth
- Collaborates with various teams to develop and deliver the value story to our clients and market
- Ensure pipeline is sufficient to deliver on growth objectives
- Provide bi-directional feedback/input from the assigned market and funnel this into execution through marketing, product, and operations
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize opportunities for revenue across business units
