The Strategy & Integrations team vision is to be the most trusted & innovative streaming technology services team in the world. Reporting to the EVP of Global Customer Success, this role ensures that the services group works together with the wider Brightcove team to meet this objective by providing unrivaled strategic solutions along with a stellar customer experience that grows our customers' streaming business.
You will inspire and lead a global team to adhere to the group vision and strategies, formulating a coherent, flexible and inclusive work culture that is a leading light within Brightcove and an inspiration to its employees and customers. You will articulate the strategic value and mission of the team internally, along with our global media and enterprise customers. You are passionate about breaking down silos, working collaboratively with other Brightcove teams driven by the goal of providing the most holistic customer experience in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Defines messaging, tracking and reassessing of the group’s mission, goals and strategies to ensure alignment with Brightcove's vision.
Provides strategic leadership to ensure that the group meets KPIs and leadership credentials with global customers, solution-oriented sales, and world-class retention. - Customer Engagement & Experience:
Leadership in developing strategic frameworks and solutions that solve business problems and demonstrate tangible ROI.
Proven ability to negotiate with customers on business contracts and SOWs. - Delivery & Operations Oversight:
Tracking and reporting of strategic KPIs against bookings and delivery status.
Leadership and coordination of the Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure customer contracts are met. - Cross Functional Collaboration:
Acts as a key liaison with Sales and Customer Success.
Partners with Customer Success and Product to build and grow a world-class retention group.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in customer management and solution selling.
- 5 years leading global teams while instilling inspiration and motivation.
- Experience with ownership for overall customer success on large scale engagements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to trust instincts while valuing data-driven decision making.
Targeted Base Salary Range:
$220,000-$253,919
