To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the Flamatt, San Jose site as a Head of Global Regional Account Sales (m/w/d) .

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:
• Leading a global team of Sales Account Managers
• Developing sales strategies, improving customer relationships and managing sales partners
• Proactively drive development, maintenance, and execution of account strategies to optimize new design wins and time-to-volume for projects
• Partner with Technical Support to align for resources to enable successful project completion and product performance results
• Thoroughly update monthly forecasts, monitor Customer order trends, backlog integrity and open order reporting
• Develop forecast models for regional customers to support operational and financial planning
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional groups to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD), Customer quality metrics and other Customer satisfaction indicators.
What you bring:
• Bachelor or Master or equivalent in technical or scientific discipline (Engineering preferred)
• Background or understanding of High Power RF (radio frequency) technology strongly preferred, ideally with Impedance Matching networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manufacturing equipment
• Background in plasma processing equipment/processes a strong plus
• Experience working in complex/multi-disciplinary environment, e.g. Semiconductor, Flat-panel display or Thin-film solar industry
• 5+ years as a people manager in a cross-functional, cross-cultural environment and ability to develop and grow talent from within the organization to support growth and succession plans
• 5-10 years’ experience in a Sales, Product Management, or Key Account management role at a Semiconductor equipment OEM, subsystem, or critical component supplier company.
