Our client, a Chinese Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Manage a team of company drivers and arrange rosters.
- Manage company events and catering arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers, and departmental secretaries.
- Handle ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above.
- At least 6 years of office administration experience in a sizable company, preferably with experience in Banking/Financial Institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player, able to deal with different levels of people.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST).
