Outpatient is a rapidly growing mobile software business supporting professional caregivers and families through broadly varied health situations. Our business customers include Senior Living Communities, Large Health Systems, and Home care agencies.
As we grow our business, Outpatient is looking to hire a friendly, empathetic, and dynamic leader to build and manage our customer support team.
This team will be charged with on-ramping new customers and their user constituents in the beginning of a customer relationship, and then ongoing through the maturity of our partnerships. Initial training and ongoing product support are key parts of the technical nature. Overall customer happiness and trust are key goals for this team, which can be more personal and human than just technical proficiency.
The ideal candidate can both serve as an individual customer manager and also build the team that supports a scaling business.
