Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain banking accounts, and manage financial transactions
- Search for local IT talent and manage the recruitment process
- Source and secure an appropriate office space for the company
- Communicate with external accountants to manage financial reporting and compliance
- Draft employment contracts and manage all HR-related matters
- Liaising with external consultants (legal) and authorities
- Supporting the relocated employees (acquiring all necessary documents)
- Resolve all issues with the local company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English or Russian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
