About The Team And Function:

Include Vision / Objective:
- Help grow the IZO Internet WAN suite of products in the Americas region by:
- Creating innovative connectivity (IZO WAN) products based on market needs in conjunction with product teams and launch it as a service.
- Supporting sales and the solutioning team against customer requirements in RFPs/RFIs.
- Engaging in any activities necessary to assist the closing of large deals such as POCs in pre-sales stage to demonstrate our capability to the customers, attending customer workshops and/or face-to-face meetings.
Purpose of your Role:
- Ownership of entire product life cycle management. Development and management of products as per customer and market requirements and trends. Enhancement of existing products and features.
- Developing and delivering effective multi product solutions to meet customer requirements.
You will be accountable for:
(Key Responsibilities)
- Drive P&L management through product strategy development and manage the IZO Internet WAN product suite across the Americas region.
- Works with the sales team on market strategy, pricing, and positioning of new products.
- Engage and partner with technology providers to recruit new features or new products. Assess performance of product/service portfolio against annual operating plan and discuss achievement of targets with Sales.
- Tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the product strategy, direction of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant midterm impact on business unit overall results.
- Identifies problems and suggests inputs to product development and engineering team to significantly improve process or fulfil service realization and operationalize product/service and associated costs.

- Must be able to collaborate across stakeholders Internally (Product, Marketing; Networks Team, CSO - Service Management, Billing & Collections, Solutions Team, etc) and Externally (Marketing Research, Customer forums, Partners, OEM vendor teams, etc).
- Excellent Communication/Client relationships/ Executive engagements /Strategic planning /evaluating new account penetration techniques etc.
- Excellent command on Industry footprints & great product knowledge would be an additional advantage.
You have experience in (including any education background & Certifications):
- Experience in the telecommunications, carrier, service provider industry in product management, sales overlay, solution engineering type roles.
- Demonstrable experience in:
- Product strategy
- Creating initiatives + campaigns for existing customers
- Driving network transformation with enterprise customers
- Working with sales teams on value propositions
- Training sales teams
- Product / technical knowledge across some of the following areas:
- Dedicated Internet Access Connectivity
- Network transformation
- Cloud connectivity
- MPLS
- 4G LTE/5G
