To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have 10+ years of Experience in Customer Success,
- Have Industry Experience in a Transactional business model (eg. Twilio, Stripe, Plaid et al),
- Exercise Data Driven decision making,
- Have led team(s) in Customer Success working with customers of all sizes from SMB to Fortune 500,
- Possess technical and communication competence.
