Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

THE JOB
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, assists with project management, coordinates complex calendars and appointment scheduling, coordinates internal and external communications, and facilitates organizational efficiency.
AS A PERSON, YOU ARE:

- A Tactful Collaborator : You excel in building healthy, successful relationships with departments outside of the CEO, namely executive leadership and direct reports.
- A Master at Prioritization : You handle competing priorities with grace and follow through on projects to timely and successful completion.
AS A WORKER, YOU WILL:
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Assist in managing communication to and from the CEO, including coordinating calendars, emails, phone calls, virtual and in-person meetings, and maintaining a high level of proactive organization at all times.
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO, protecting her time and focus, and making sure each day runs smoothly.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of interdepartmental processes to facilitate appropriate communication and support as needed.
- Coordinate personal and professional financial reporting through tracking, reconciling, and processing payment requests, credit card purchases, and reimbursement requests.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and offsites, providing logistical support and management.
- Provide project management support for complex planning and execution of CEO-related initiatives, including organizational roadmaps.
- Act as a sounding board for the CEO’s ideas, think critically, and consult on strategy, when appropriate, based on a deep understanding of the CEO’s priorities and needs, as well as those of her direct reports and the entire organization.
- Perform other tasks as necessary to facilitate the life and work of the CEO both personally and professionally.
- Facilitate special projects as assigned.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
- 3+ years experience supporting a C-Level Executive
- Experience in a technical environment
- Expertise in Google Suite
- Expertise in Airtable
- High-level experience in meeting facilitation
- High-level experience in project management
- High-level experience with organizational roadmaps
