We are one of the fastest growing insurance brokers in the region and are currently searching for a Sales Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Leading sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements, ensuring proper utilization of the SMS
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Perform research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
- Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of sales staff. Identify and integrate new producer candidates into our system and process
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a sales manager or director
- 10+ years in sales
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
