We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the development and delivery of our Autonomous Haulage System. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to identify technical requirements, establish project plans, run meetings with engineering teams, report project status, and mentor other TPMs.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify technical requirements
- Establish project plans with clear deliverables and milestones
- Run meetings with engineering teams to track progress
- Report project status to stakeholders
- Communicate risks, blockers, successes, and lessons learned
- Support other TPMs and establish a culture of excellence
Requirements:
- 3-5 years project/technology project management experience
- 2-3 years managing projects combining hardware, software, and customer deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and growth
- Knowledge of project and program management best practices
- Ability to travel 25% of the year
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position in San Francisco offers a salary range of $85,000 - $150,000 based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k with matching contributions, equity, unlimited PTO, and more.
