What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in guiding new clients through the onboarding process
- Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot problems for clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback
- Identify opportunities for growth and provide solutions to clients
- Responsible for providing clients with analytic data for performance improvement
What Is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management related experience
- Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue and sales cycle revenue management
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous SaaS experience
- Experience in the lending industry
