Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the strategic growth initiatives within the organization.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within business development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of driving growth and managing teams.
