The Vice President, 3rd Party Strategy Leader – U.S. Health Solutions is responsible for working with Leadership to set goals, prioritize partnerships, and client opportunities for revenue growth. You will lead the 3rd Party Advisory Solutions team members and set the 3rd Party Strategic Partnership strategy and goals with our key Benefits Administration partners. This role can be based virtually within the US.
What the day will look like
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions business within Health Solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with leadership to define Aon’s Strategic Partnership goals and objectives
- Create standard SLAs and scorecard for Aon to measure the health of key partnerships
- Reports quarterly results for all defined partnerships
- Works with leadership and SMEs to review and update the Advisory scope of services and SOPs
- Primary internal executive sponsor for Advisory solutions
- Primary external executive sponsor for client Advisory sales
- Manages team of Advisory Consultants to complete client deliverables
- Stays up to date on market trends that impact client needs related to BenAdmin services
- Uses existing data and Aon relationships to identify potential opportunities
- Communicates with 3rd Parties throughout a given event
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years prior experience with a Benefit Enrollment, Benefit Technology or Benefit Communications firm.
- Strong understanding of Product Delivery Best Practices and Execution
- Experience in Agile delivery and thinking
- Experience in Health Insurance Industry
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Computer literate with Windows knowledge.
- Must have ability to travel when required. Anticipated 20% travel time.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
Salary range:
The target salary range for this position is ($170,000 to $185,000) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
