Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students withinthe university setting
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managingcalendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work within a highereducation or university setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
