JOB SUMMARY:
The remote role of the Director of Revenue Management is to provide direction to property teams to identify, develop, and implement all potential revenue opportunities for a full-service premium branded hotel. This position requires 25% in-office work (one day a week if local or one week per month if out of state). This role will support the team in achieving both long-term and short-term goals through system reporting, tools, and accurate forecasting to maximize total revenue and profitability. The Director will also participate as a key member of the Executive Committee for the hotel as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with demonstrated success in revenue management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, with strong abilities in formulating and reporting complex data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general hotel operations and yield management principles.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles and their impact on hotel profitability.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the General Manager (GM) and Director of Sales (DOS) to set and manage yield controls.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies for negotiating and booking group and catering business.
- Manage brand and third-party channels, including working with OTA market managers on promotions.
- Utilize Sales & Revenue Management systems for daily operations, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze market segmentation, production, source contribution, and pace summary reports.
- Participate in monthly financial reviews focused on sales revenue and P&L.
- Develop and coach a team of Revenue professionals as applicable.

The salary for this position is $130,000.
