A successful candidate for this Director of Business Development role will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or healthcare related majors from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of five years of successful sales and/or business development experience, with at least three of those years in successful sales to physician practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization with professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work in a high growth, collaborative, dynamic, client-focused culture.
- Ability to travel frequently and live in close proximity to the corporate headquarters, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL.
Compensation: Compensation will be a combination of base and bonus with total compensation, at plan, somewhere close or just above $200k annually.
