We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day leadership and training to team members, overseeing the daily operations of the assigned Car Wash Site. This role involves providing guidance and solutions for technical, mechanical, customer, and employee issues or concerns.
Essential Job Functions
This job is expected to complete the following functions. This is not an all-inclusive list, and other tasks may be assigned as needed.
- Responsible for growing membership sales and meeting overall sales goals for the site.
- Manage Car Wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and cash reconciliation and deposits.
- Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms are maintained.
- Communicate daily with your District Manager regarding any concerns/issues and answer questions. Assess, communicate, and resolve vehicle damage complaints.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance of Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Site Managers, and Support Staff.
- Administer feedback and disciplinary action to Team Members as needed.
- Satisfactorily resolve customer and Team Member complaints, including partnering with Human Resources.
- Maintain an understanding of how site equipment works; perform maintenance on Car Wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment.
- Oversee employee safety and respond appropriately to safety incidents.
- Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times.
- Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including escalating matters that may violate company policy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or leadership experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to pass a contingent background screening.
