Nano Dimension is seeking a Service and Sales Administrator to join the Customer Support Group.In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your detail-oriented focus and support skills to provide organization and alignment in the group.
Responsibilities include:
·Handling the service hotline and shared email inbox intake into case creation in CRM
·Recording all customer inquiries, updating CRM tickets for accuracy and assisting with CRM improvements
·Assisting with service quotations and orders processing
·Monitoring orders to anticipate late deliveries, escalating deficiencies and providing order status
·Responding to and logging issues that occur during the delivery of services
·Assisting team with service scheduling and team planning
·Assisting FSEs with scheduling pre-site visit meetings or requirements
·Managing service expenses, A/P, A/R, invoice reviews and commission accruals
·Follow-up calls, Service Reports and Invoicing for clients
·Tracking and processing warranty/RMA items for North America Service
·Managing North America service capital equipment, spare parts and tools for order fulfillment
Requirements include:
·2+ years of experience as administrator or coordinator
·A comprehensive knowledge of the goals, objectives, products and services of the organization
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to be creative and analytical as well as multi-task effectively
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
