Who we are
We are an amazing team of Amazon marketplace experts. We help consumer product brands globally that are doing between $3M-$103 mil in revenue annually who want to take their Amazon & TikTok sales to the next level with urgency and accountability. Since 2016, we’ve helped over 400 brands grow on the Amazon channel.

What’s going on?
Over the last two years, we’ve professionalized the agency and have a deliverable, and account management has really come into its own in terms of a world-class team. We’ve scaled the agency to a mid-7-figure run rate with ~30 USA-based FTEs and ~30 International Staff. We’re now looking for the right person to join us in throwing gasoline on this fire.
We know that change is a necessary component to achieve our goals. So we are looking for someone with the knowledge and experience to get us there–someone who’s “seen the movie before” and wants to come along and help on this journey.
Who you are
- You are a marketing-minded leader who loves implementing your vision.
- You can jump between high-level company overviews down to the nitty gritty detail of a specific campaign.
- You love coaching your team to win, but you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to fix a problem or setup a process.
- You believe systems, processes and KPIs are vital to success and are committed to continually implementing and improving them.
- You think and move quickly and prefer to juggle multiple projects rather than a single focus.
- You have a network of contacts whom you have worked with and are willing and able to tap into them as needed to continue our explosive growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- A strong candidate will have experience managing the in-house, externally facing sales, marketing and demand gen of an agency or other professional services organization.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
- World-class in one or more digital channels with a competency across most other channels (T-shaped marketer).

Salary: 180,000
+ Quarterly/Yearly KPI based bonuses
+ Vesting Stock Options
