Senior Business Development Manager /Director
About the position
Our client is a leading Amazon Ecommerce services company who provide complete Amazon end-to-end selling solutions and integrated services with clients including CPG brands across the world. Now is seeking an experienced BD manager to join the fast-growing team.
This person will help us explore into new frontiers in terms of new markets, new customers, new products and solutions and new channels by leveraging existing resources and capabilities.

Job scope
- B2B business development and strategic partnership in NA. Preferred in Pet, nutrition supplements, cosmetics, or CPG categories.
- Gather customer requirements and market insights, conduct the research and provide key inputs to cooperating teams.
- Source the opportunity, formulate business model, drive internal consensus, negotiate and close the agreement and lead partner integration and joint marketing.
- Develop new business and distribution models such as co-dev, co-marketing, white label revenue share etc.
- Establish and maintain relations with key partners and customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams including online sales, marketing, partners, and customers.
Qualification
- BS required; MBA preferred;
- 15 years business development experience or more;
- Strong relationship building; Creative problem solver; Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work successfully with all levels across teams internally and externally.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Passion to learn and ability to learn fast.
- Travel required when back to normal.
- Chinese language skill preferred but not required.
