Reporting to the EVP, On Premise, you will inspire the On Premise Marketing vision by building the channel marketing strategy and driving the development of a diverse and inclusive On Premise culture. You will lead the development of year-through segment and Key Account programming, supported by Brand-lead programming. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the marketing strategies, programming and events accelerate commercial growth across the entire On Premise channel and are delivered on the highest standard. You will oversee the On Premise Trade & Key Account Marketing, On Premise Festival & Event, Consumer & Industry Marketing and (12) regional On Premise Marketing departments.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales Management
- Leadership experience
- Experience with the On Premise channel, festival and events, brand marketing strategy and the ability to find creative and unique solutions
- Experience developing short to long-term strategic commercial marketing plans that improve business growth
- In-depth knowledge of market research
- Experience creating large-scale programs, campaigns or projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
